Nick and his staff are the greatest. They go above and beyond to make sure our dogs are well taken care of and we are well informed whenever we are out of town. They text, email, call, etc. Their responsiveness puts us at ease when we are out of town. Wouldn’t trust our dogs with anyone else.
Dogstar is great and has been a lifesaver for us while we're at work during the day! Such a reliable service and love that they try to consistently have the same staff member come to help with our dog, Arthur. Amy takes great care of him and leaves us an update everyday. The online scheduling is very convenient, and if I ever need to make a last minute change they respond to my emails right away. Highly recommend!
Very professional group of enthusiastic dog runners! They exercised my doodle puppy twice a day--appropriately timed to keep her from overheating. Kept me updated if she had any housebreaking accidents or GI upset. Always flexible, easy to schedule with my last-minute changes in work, and willing to deal with my incredibly difficult-access apartment building. A+

Dogstar did an amazing job taking care of my two dogs while I was out of the country. I got daily email updates with pictures! The booking process was quick and easy, they also did an initial meet and greet to make sure that the pups were comfortable. My mind was at ease knowing that my dogs were in good hands. Dogstar Pet Care is amazing!!! We have two big girls (GS and Siberian Husky) and they each have their own little quirks about them and Dogstar takes great care of them! The folks at Dogstar are very capable of handling a 90 lb. German Shepherd who pulls like a freight train, as well as caring for our three-legged Husky who has her own set of needs. Overall, these guys/gals have taken the best care of our babies and we have come back again and again, and it almost seems like our babies are disappointed to see us when we return! I can truly say that I do not worry when I am out of town. I have peace of mind leaving my babies at home all thanks to Dogstar! Side note, they take the best pics of your fur babies!!!
